Trip Travel
Searching for tickets in your email, downloads, or WhatsApp? To eliminate that friction, we designed 'Travel History'—a single, unified space where users can manage all their trips in one place. I had the opportunity to lead the interface design, focusing on creating a clear and accessible flow that enhances the experience and builds a habit for our frequent travelers.

Description
We've also added a "My year on the road," which gives users a fun, data-driven summary of their journey history — including who they've traveled with the most, how many hours they've spent on the road, and how much they've saved. This feature helps create a more emotional connection with the product and encourages users to keep traveling and growing their stats.
User-Centric Interface
Download Tickets to Wallet One of the most impactful additions to the Travel History experience is the ability to download tickets directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. This eliminates the need for users to search for PDFs in their emails or WhatsApp threads, allowing them to access their tickets easily and even offline. The result is a more seamless, modern experience that starts before the trip even begins.
